Employee Selection Criteria Used by Hiring Managers (Working Title)

You are invited to participate in a research study of how individuals evaluate job applicants. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. If you agree to participate, you will assume the role of a hiring manager for a small business. Then, you will be given one individual’s application materials, and you will be asked to evaluate the applicant on several dimensions. Note that some identifiable content, such as the candidate's name and address, will be hidden.
